Online MindStrength Masterclass
The video-based Masterclass you can access with a subscription to MindStrength. Starting with the 29-session masterclass will give you knowledge and experience of all four MindStrength themes. Each session is no more than 15 minutes long.
At the end of the 29 sessions you will know how to generate a calmer mind, have more awareness of your habits and mind-modes and feel the power of appreciation and kindness. After the masterclass you can continue to train your mind with new mind training tools, more in depth articles and podcasts and weekly new meditations delivered to your inbox.
29 session programme, based on Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion based therapy, Positive psychology and Buddhist psychology.
Each MindStrength theme will be tackled in 7 short sessions (15 minutes maximum). The sessions will be a mix of educational videos, meditations and other cognitive exercises.
You can do the sessions when you like, it is recommended that you do not leave too much time between the sessions. Either one session a day, or one every two days is ideal.
