Just so that you know – the programme is based on the latest research from the fields of psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience, and Buddhist psychology. I only use methods that have clear and proven impact.
That’s a lot, and any one of these elements could change and transform anxiety for you. Whatever you have tried before, whether it’s lots of things or nothing at all, I know that it often it is one of the critical elements of this programme that starts the transformation for you.
We will transform anxiety by building 6 unique skills. During 12 weeks we will focus on the 6 critical skills of transforming anxiety, taking 2 weeks per skill. I will teach you the skills through weekly training videos and you will be able to practice the skills with weekly new meditations and exercises. In addition, there will be a live zoom session with me every 2 weeks. These zoom sessions will be 1,5 hours long and will include teachings, time for questions, share experiences, discuss challenges and obstacles and much more. In these sessions we will also meditate and practice together. These sessions will be recorded so you can also watch them later!
For those who want to, you can join a WhatsApp group as well, for regular reminders, encouragements and sharing.
What you need is a commitment to practice, watch the videos and take time to do the exercises and meditations. It should be about 15 to 30-minute videos + 10 to 15 minutes of meditations at least 4 times a week, and of course the live sessions every two weeks.

The first group will start on the 22nd of September 2021. The live sessions will be held on a Wednesday(22/9 ; 6/10 ; 20/10 ; 3/11 ; 17/11 and 1/12). Time will be decided based on the groups’ availability and preferences.
