Bring Focus into your day!
For the next week see if you can do one routine activity mindfully. For example, brushing your teeth, taking a shower, getting dressed.
Doing an activity mindfully means being fully present for the activity. Focussing on your senses, your movements, your breath as you go through this activity. Watch your thoughts – what are they telling you and do you easily get lost in them? When you notice that you got lost, just bring your focus back to the activity and everything that you can feel right now.
