What: Identifying your Boundaries
How: Identify 3 situations in which you have a tendency to do something because others expect it from you, but it is not actually what you want to do (for what ever reason). Write down how you would like to respond in such situations. Write down the fears and emotions that this provokes in you. Try to identify at least one or two other more positive outcomes that might happen when you start setting boundaries.
Why: It is important to start to identify when we do not respect out boundaries. Later in the training we will look into this again and go deeper into the skill of setting boundaries.
Tip: A mantra you can keep in mind: Am I doing this because I want to? Am I doing this because others want me to?
