Take a break from your mind

Today we do a 10 minute breathing meditation. By taking 10 minutes out of your day to sit and concentrate on your breath you are giving yourself and everyone around you a massive gift.

You allow yourself to settle and to calm down. With that, you will be better able to deal with everything that you need to deal with today. Wether that being your kids' homeschooling, your work, your loneliness. Sitting regularly for 10 minutes (or even less!) and letting it all be while concentrating on your breath gives you more clarity and stability .
