Just Breathe

The most basic, but not simple, meditation exercise is to focus your attention on your breath. Time and again you will notice your mind drifts off to something else, time and again you bring it back to your breath. With kindness but with resolve.

This act trains the muscle of your mind to become more focussed, calm and allows you to start to see that by not getting lost in the distractions you get more power over how you feel and behave.
