How would you like to be

Today's meditation is with a slightly unhappy puppy in the background, who now as I type this is sleeping soundly.

We look at how our anxiety and fear can make us behave in certain ways that might not be best for our wellbeing. We explore how we would like to be in the midst of this. With our fears and anxiety we can still be who we want to be and not let our actions be dictated by the fear we feel.

Try the meditation and you can jot down some reminders to yourself about who you want to be. In your journal if you have one, or just on a post-it and stick it somewhere.
