Meditation

Be like a Mountain

In this time of uncertainty we can learn to be stable and strong in the midst of it. This must certainly does not mean that we will not feel anxious, worry about our health or our jobs, or just not enjoying this situation much at all. 

You do not have to be a sage and be unfazed by the current situation, you do not have to come out of this wiser, well-rested, super fit and speaking 3 new languages. Just be kind and find your own way to manage this, find your own stability. 

Today's meditation is my personal favourite - the Mountain Meditation written by Jon Kabat-Zin. It reconnects me to my inner stability, I hope it will do the same for you.
