Approach difficult moments differently

We all experience difficult moments. This is totally normal. In times when we are collectively facing so much uncertainty you might notice more difficult moments. Or even difficult days.

How you approach these moments (days...) makes a huge difference in how big an impact they will have. One technique is to let them be and get to know them. Not intellectually - asking yourself why you are feeling this, trying to find a trigger, berating yourself for how you feel - but experientially. Just sit and be with what is difficult and see what happens.
