Practicing gratitude is a powerful practice to steer your mind gently towards the good things in life. Our minds pay much more attention to everything that we perceive as difficult or bad, and as such, we can easily forget to pay attention to the good.

Today's exercise is a 10-finger gratitude exercise. See if you can think of 10 things that you are grateful for during this time.
