Take care of yourself!
Things are pretty hard right now. Whatever it is that is challenging you, what is most certainly happening is that your brain is focussing on this.
It is therefore very important that you take good care of yourself! Take a moment to reflect upon the things in life that nourish you. Things you enjoy, that give you energy, that make you feel like you have achieved something.
See if you can plan this into your day more regularly. Start right now. What can you do right now that is good for you, that feeds you?
If you are having a hard time thinking about this, maybe it helps to think about it in the following way. If a friend of yours was feeling like you are feeling right now, what would you tell them to do? And then do it yourself!
