Know your anxiety cycle
We have seen that it is incredibly important to become aware of our anxiety loop. Once you start to identify your thoughts, body sensations and actions you can start to change them. Before that, you will just be stuck.
So let’s get identifying! Nobody is going to see or judge what you write, so be completely honest. Remember you can always email me with questions or for support.
Take some time now to think of your anxiety, and write down what the most common thoughts are, what you feel in your body and what you do (or want to do).
